A self-initiated project in development.

I art directed the site redesign for RxArt and created a digital press kit that would work seamlessly with the new identity. Alternatively, the pages of the press kit can be printed and presented in a more traditional package. Web design by NoFavorite.

In this component of my thesis exhibition I created a sound installation depicting the audio characteristics of four neighborhoods in Manhattan. I used abstract portions of interviews with residents and ambient sounds to create each audio collage, and placed them according to their location on a map on pedestals in the exhibition space.

Four neighborhoods, nyc

The audio experience is paired with an exploration of form using the antique streetlamps iconic to Manhattan’s historic neighborhoods. These abstract illustrations were displayed on top of the pedestals.

I created this video for Design Technology at Pratt with Professor Mark Sanders. It tells the story (to extraterrestrial life forms) of our struggle here on earth to maintain fragile beauty in an ever increasingly man-made world.

This was a student project in November 2010 to illustrate a mathematical formula. I chose to illustrate the phenomenon of street patterns developing very similarly to the veins of a leaf. The class was Visual Language with Professor Alex Liebergesell at Pratt.
